Privacy - We value your privacy. Your personal information (including your email address, street address, phone number, and order history) will not be sold or distributed to any individual or company outside of Mother Nature’s for any reason (unless required by a court of law). Period.   Why would you choose us over another internet retailer? We have been in business with a physical store for 6 years here in beautiful Portland, Oregon.  We have been happily providing safe and natural products at good prices for our sweet local babies and their families.  We started an on-line store due to the persistent requests of our loyal customers.  Many of them have moved out of the area or have family who live miles away whom they want to have access to Mother Nature’s.  When you shop with us, you have the reassurance of knowing that we are who we say we are.   You can come and see us any time!   Ordering - You may order safely & securely directly through this website. However, if you prefer, we can take orders by phone.  Please call us during regular store hours (Monday-Saturday, 10:30-5:00) and we will be happy to assist you.   Shipping - Please allow 1-2 business days processing time. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. We recommend purchasing insurance. If you do not purchase insurance, then we have no responsibility for your order once it has been mailed. All of our shipments are sent with re-used materials whenever possible. Bubble wrap, packing paper, packing peanuts, and boxes are all re-used and, hopefully, reusable.  You may even have the bonus of getting special artwork drawn by our daughters .

We ship using either UPS or USPS Priority.  We strive to offer the lowest shipping price available.

 

Payments -We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  Money orders are also accepted via mail. Your order will be shipped as soon as the money order is received. However you choose to pay, you will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped.

 

 

Return Policy - We sincerely hope that you receive everything just exactly as you expected it.  We do understand, however, that things happen.  If we make an error, please let us know within 30 days and we will do everything we can to fix it.   If your items are damaged or defective, please notify us within 10 days and we will replace the item or issue a refund. In some circumstances, we may refer you to the manufacturer instead. Return shipping for defective merchandise will be reimbursed.

We cannot take back for return any item that is liquid or paste, such as diaper creams or sprays. These items are considered "tamperable" and by law cannot be returned.

 

We accept returns:

 

·    of perfect condition, unworn & unwashed items within 30 days.
·    Please email in advance to let us know it's coming.  We will issue a refund as soon as the items arrive and they are determined to be in re-sellable condition. ·    Items that are not in re-sellable condition, that have been washed or worn, or that are dirty  may be exchanged  for partial amount depending on the condition of the item. ·    Items that come with hangtags, packaging, etc must include these when they are returned. ·    Shipping costs are not refundable. ·    Please double-check sizes before you order.
